Chrystal - Baby Group Leader Educator Chrystal has been part of the Village Kids team for 4.5 years, starting in Toddlers, then moving to the challenges and fun of the Kindergarten room, before taking on the biggest challenge of the Baby unit, where she is part of the dynamic duo (with Junie) in the nursery. Chrystal is totally committed to providing the best quality care, and also believes that learning through play should be fun – for her as well as the children! Chrystal has finalized my Diploma studies and has undertake as many professional developmental opportunities as she can to ensure she continue to grow and learn so she can pass her knowledge on to the children in her care, and their families. As a family we like to get into the great outdoors whenever possible, and seem to spend our week-ends ferrying our two sports mad and very energetic sons to various venues, and spending time with our small daughter! | |

June – Baby Assistant Educator Hi, I not only enjoy children but I realise that childcare is one of the most important jobs you can have – I take my role very seriously. I do like to laugh though and am busy outside of kindy- getting active in House Renovations, meeting new people and making friends. Cassandra – Junior Kindy Group Leader Educator Childcare has been Cassandra's chosen career since she left school and before coming to Village Kids in 2006, she worked at another centre doing a traineeship, then became a Group Leader. Since she joined the Village Kids team, she has been with both the toddler and 2-3 groups as the group leader and having finally finished her Diploma studies, becoming fully qualified just recently! Her belief for children is that they all deserve the best of care and caring without bias and she believes that she will always do her best to provide quality care. In my own time I like to spend time with my large extended family, reading and socialize with my friends and sister. | |

Debbie – Junior Kindy Assistant Educator Away from Village Kids, I am interested in computers and photography and enjoy using these at the centre- putting together our Preschool Daily Power Point displays to share our days with our families.
